Tucker: "[E]ven today idiot Republicans on the hill spent their whole day talking about the lack of freedom in Cuba, & it's not a free country that's true, but increasingly neither are we & they don't seem to notice what's going on in the country they're supposed to be running."

I was just able to make exactly this point on Fox. Tucker Carlson mocked GOP members of Congress for being obsessed with the Cuba's internal affairs when there is serious internet censorship blocks away at the WH. Indeed. Shouldn't US lawmakers care about fixing *that*, not Cuba?Show this thread

God Bless Tucker Carlson for calling out Republicans for focusing on Cuba instead of demanding answers as to what the hell is going on at AMERICA'S southern border! “Maybe Republicans in Congress can wake up and do that. I know we care about Cuba but what about our country?”
Many on the right spent the last five years arguing -- correctly -- that the CIA and the rest of the intelligence community are pernicious liars, authoritarians and tyrants, but now -- what? -- should be unleashed to bring benevolent freedom and democracy to the Cuban people?Show this thread
Seriously, who the fuck is the White House to be dictating who should and should not be banned from social media platforms, to keep lists of who they think are the spreaders of "misinformation," and then pressure companies they regulate to obey? This is pernicious shit:Show this thread
If you trust the Biden WH to decree what is "misinformation," these claims have been deemed as such: * COVID is transmitted human-to-human (Jan 2020) * You should wear masks to protect against COVID (March 2020) * It's possible COVID leaked from the Wuhan lab (all of 2020).Show this thread
